Improving myself mentally, spiritually, emotionally and physically.

Not only do I want to look good for the upcoming summer season, but I am attempting to address underlying issues of why I am not currently happy with my body piece by piece. It is a bit overwhelming to identify and explore every issue, so each month I am going to focus on one aspect of my dissatisfaction with myself and my body and explore how to improve upon it. I've been on the right track for the past 6 months with this endeavor so hopefully I can keep it going and not only look awesome on the outside but feel awesome on the inside as well. :)
