I already run 3-4 times per week, but my diet's terrible. I drink too much and don't eat enough fresh veggies. I need to incorporate weight training into my workout. Unfortunately, joining a gym where I live is too expensive, so I need to make do with what I have. I would love to have more energy and better sleep hygiene as a result of my improved fitness.
Here we go :)
Update 2/13: I ran today - 2.5 miles. I also ran 2.5 miles on Monday and will do so again on Friday. This is just maintaining my weight and overall health. Next challenge: to find a healthier option for breakfast. I'm addicted to cereal.
