I'm going to rock it...

I started on my weight loss journey in the summer of 2012. I finally took some classes on understanding calories and how it worked. I did so great in the summer, however when I started work in the fall I slacked In doing both the work outs and counting my calories. 

This month I aim to:

1. Start counting calories to lose a lb a week until my desire weight goal. 

2. Do my soul mate workouts such as Turbo Fire, boxing, and Yoga. 

3. To not make excuses, as I know resuits will happen when I do it.

i saw results in the summer so I my ultimate goal is to be at my desire weight before summer.
