I'm Making Myself... Strong, Fit, Proud.

Yes, I'm Making Myself..... Well, I'm re-Making Myself, and developing discipline, because that is a skill that I need to work on/become much better at being.  I've tried many times to reach my goal weight and there have been a few times that I was close, but I usually slack off.  I get complacent with where I am.  I've never pushed through to the end and reached my goal.  Each time I start over, my goal is further away by 5, 10, 15lbs.  I'm done!  I'm tired of "auditioning" my clothes, trying to figure out which outfit makes me look the least fat!  Does that even make any sense?! The least fat?!  Well, yes, sadly, in my world that has become a part of my day/getting dressed.  I want to feel comfortable in my own skin, again. I'm not trying to be "skinny", I want to be be Strong, Fit, Proud. :)

My Fitness Goals:

  • Have more energy
  • Join a gym & not be intimidated/embarassed
  • Lose 30lbs. (June 2013)
  • Gain muscle/strength
  • Increase flexibility
  • Do 3 pullups by my birthday (May 28)
  • Eat Healthy (Today)
  • Run 5 miles w/o stopping or needing my inhaler (April 2013)
  • Get back into cycling (It's been 3 years)
  • Find a workout plan that works for me & STICK TO IT! (ASAP)
