The first 5 days of illustrated journaling.
Day 1: Currently Listening To
The day I did the prompt I was listening to an talent show contestant calling herself Night Bird. I had also listened to Mary Oliver reading her poem "Wild Geese". I combined the two resulting in the page below .

Day 2: Recently I learned.
The pic says it all. I learned that fish scales are used in many lipsticks to give them a shimmer.

Day 3; Creating With
Although I am doing a drawing challenge my main form of creativity is sewing, pattern making and needle craft.

Day 4: Latest Reading material.

Day 5; ingredients of my mess.
The content of the "spare " room. Its the place for things we use seasonally, like the fans and coolers stored through winter (its winter were I am) and the preserving pans (used in summer). Its also home to things we use often but don't have a home elsewhere like toys for visiting relatives little ones, old crafts from the previously mentioned children, a stepper, a decorative plate that doesn't really go anywhere in the house and my weights. Also the cupboard were we store the summer's pumpkins and squash. Its a mess but not junk.

Day 6 Daily Routine.

Day 8 I keep wearing.
Thick bamboo socks are wonderful in winter your feet will never be cold and in summer they are cool. The only problem is they take 3 times as long as other socks to dry when washed.

Day 9 self care necessities
Its winter were I am and my electric blanket is a wonderful.
