I haven't worked out in over a year. I wasn't able to get pregnant so I thought I would try NOT working out to see if it would help. As I stopped working out, my good eating habits went out the window. In Aug. of 2012 I was diagnosed with infertility issues (as was my husband). I wasted a year of fitness for sweets and soda. I want to go back to where I was 14 months ago... being fit and eating healthy.
* I would like to lose about 10 pounds, but looking tone is more important than a number.
* I plan to work out 4 - 5 times a week.
* I plan to work on portion control and cutting out junk food.
* I plan to look sexy in my bikini when my husband take me on vacation this year!
