I want to get more focused so I don't feel so stressed anymore

Thank you for this class! I want to get more focus, so I don't feel so overwhelmed all the time. I have a lot of things to do with my job, and trying to be good partner to my girlfriend. But I feel I'm losing a lot of time because I'm not really focused, and then I get stressed when I see how much I still have to do. I will start practicing the ping pong ball exercise, and look forward to the techniques in the other classes!
