I don't want to be thin...never have been, just want to be fit!.

I am 34 years old and want to gain control of my body. Although physical appearance is my main motive, I also want to strengthen my core and increase my balance and flexibility! Thick and toned is my goal.

I plan to focus on strength training and Pilates. I don't really follow diets too well. I prefer to watch what I eat and practice plenty of portion control. 

I look forward to sharing my progress and to come here for motivation and guidance.
