I Get to Be Fit

I am a performer, and unfortunately I have allowed myself to get very lazy with my fitness. I hate that feeling of being a dancer and feeling insecure before I get on the stage when I don't have to. A friend of mine said to me that I get to do what I do, and that extends to fitness. I love it, and I get to do it.


Here are my fitness goals:

Lose 40 lbs. by the end of the year, and have roughly 20% body fat.

Strength train 5x per week.

Squat 225 lbs. again by summer and eventually squat 305 lbs. by fall.

Cook a recipe for myself twice a month.

Pole dance at least once a week (when financially feasible).

Participate in Yoga Teacher Training.
