I'm a Planner

I can visualize the Big Picture, but then I tend to get stuck in the weeds once I start making lists and planning all the little details.  I use a weekly planner where I can put my 90 Day Goal at the top as a reminder and fill in the daily goals in smaller segments and it helps me to move forward.  Sometimes it doesn't feel like I'm progressing until I look back 6 months or a year later and see the improvements.
