How to run more effective meetings

Life is too short for long meetings.

Patience is limited for meetings with no outcomes.

After years of teaching adults it is very clear that many managers have been promoted without the skills to manage time, people and money.  Great at their chosen profession but thrust into a role requiring skills not always taught at college or in the work place.

This is the first in a series entitled The Reluctant Manager.
