How and Why to open a BNB on a Budget

Hello Teacher Franki!

I accept the mission.

Here is what my pdf and the image says. I'm sure I could add some flavor too it but this is just a beginning attempt.  Am I on track with How to do it?

10 ideas that I used to help to drive my decision on why to open a BNB.

  1. You can’t pay your mortgage or you’re having problems paying your mortgage or bills in general.
  2. You’re like people.
  3. You have extra rooms and you need extra income to pay your mortgage.
  4. You don’t mind sharing your space.
  5. You have a property or a room in a great area that you don’t use.
  6. You know how to shop and find discount items that are quality and nice whether that be at a big box store, sites that offer quality used items such as Offer-up, Craigslist or second hand stores ( which I love).
  7. You don’t mind haggling, and you will take your time to go look at items to be sure they are in good condition and are not infested or filthy.
  8. You may find a quality item that may have been in the basement or garage that may need cleaning but is in good condition and worth buying because its 2.00 Lol. But, you’ve saved 75.00 and only have to invest 20.00 to have it professionally cleaned.
  9. You will take the time to look everyday for deals to fill your space tastefully.
  10. You will tell your family members what your doing and may score nice donations for free to set it up.

Bonus:  You won’t be scared and just do it and list it yourself it’s not difficult to take your own pictures and just list it and wait for your guest to come.
