When people first buy their homes, everything seems perfect.  You paint the walls, decorate the rooms, and everything seems like it fits and it works beautifully.  But what a lot of us don't know is that there are daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal and yearly checks that should be done to make sure your home stays perfect.

I want to build an app that acts as a calendar and check list to ensure that homeowners are doing the tasks like clearing out air filters, checking roofing, etc. that a lot of us don't do until it's already a problem, which can cost a lot more!

Think of it as a check up for the home to make sure that it stays happy and healthy!
