Homemade Spaghettio's – Rushed Setup

I'll start by saying I'm not thrilled with the place setting. It was kinda a last minute decision to photograph this dish so I didn't plan well for accent items. I wish I had a few more things to throw in there. However I was trying to get a photo taken before losing my natural light while also trying to keep my dinner from going cold. So there ended up being about 5 minutes for setup and shooting.

All that said, I'm decently happy with the composition of the scene other than the lack of items. I feel like the lighting and bokeh work well together for this image.

Camera Setup:
Canon 5D Mk I; Aperture priority setting
Canon 85mm; f/2.8; 1/30th
ISO1600 (this was by mistake, I forgot to check it since I was in a rush)
Handheld camera; no light modifiers.
