It was fun to see another way to make a hollow bead, especially how to make the holes.  I made this necklace with turquoise howlite slices.  The texture didn't work well.  I have used my rolling mill many times, but I think the texture sheet was a bit too flat for the thinner metal.  

I used the leftover silver to make a pair of earrings.  They were harder to make into beads because the diameter was only 3/8 inch (about 9.5 mm).  I used hematite and garnet beads.
