Hey, It's a Beautiful Day!


My project will consist of bringing my body, and mind back to a healthy place. 

I will set goals and reach them at a realistic pace.

Food will not be measured or charted, but thought through.  Mindless eating will be eliminated.

Stretching and activity will again be considered a pleasure to be pursued.

I will organize my days with a calendar and lists on actual paper goods made for that purpose.

My goals:

Final Weight: 150 lbs

Fitness:  Daily exercise

Nutrition:  Food as fuel

Mind:  Pick up one new skill a month.  Read the news.  Book Club.  Think before I speak.
