I like to take architectural pictures from time to time, and this course was a great opportunity to draw some of my favorite pictures!Hello from Haifa, Israel! - image 2 - student projectMy main 2 inspirations were from Dylan's examples, so I tried to search for similar drawings.
I like to draw outlines so in this project I wanted to use a nib pen.

I didn't want the orientation of the postcards to be my obstacle, so aimed for 2 of each orientations. My first ones are portrait - a building at the German Colony that probably was a local church and the other one is a residential building that looks like it was inspired by the Japanese architecture. Both of the buildings are very foreign in the middle eastern environment.

Over all, I'm pretty happy with the products, I feel though that I could work more on the contrasts by maybe reducing the grey tones. I guess I'll come with more practice.
I really enjoyed this course!

Thank you very much Dylan!
