For this project, I chose a letter from Charles Bukowski to John Martin about escaping full-time employment. Since it's a pretty long letter, I only copied parts of it that were most interesting to me.
The 'font' is quite relaxed, very similar to my regular handwriting except without the rightward slant and with variations in line thickness. I figured since this seemed like a fairly casual letter from one friend to another complaining about {life, work, capitalism}, a relaxed font seemed appropriate.
Still working on controlling the line thickness/ink flow. See that giant blob of ink on the "A"? Oops. Also just keeping things constant in general is still something I'm clearly struggling with.
