Healthy Wealthy, & Wise - My Trio Morning Ritual

My main focus: The primary purpose of my ritual is to bring back clarity, productivity, and contentment in my life. To eliminate the unessential and devote more time and energy on what matters in my life. To start my day with a positive and focused mind and energized body. To go to bed a little more smarter, healthier, and  happier than I was when I woke up.

What habits will I do? Meditation, journaling, gratitude, strength training, walk in the nature, reading, and practicing art.

Routine Breakdown: 

  • 5:00 am: Rise, brush teeth, drink a glass of water, and make my bed (10 min)
  • 5:10 am: Meditate focusing on my breathe (10 min)
  • 5:20 am: Write in my happiness journal (gratitude, daily goals, affirmations) (10 min)
  • 5:30 am: Read a classic book to get into right frame of mind (30 min)
  • 6:00 am: Slow-carb breakfast (30 min)
  • 6:30 am: Practice sketching or work on a personal design project (45 min)
  • 7:15 am: Strength Training on weekdays and Running on weekends (1 hour 15 min)
  • 8:30 am: Post workout meal and rest (15 mins)
  • 8:45 am: Reading (1 hour)
  • 9:45 am: Get ready for work (15 min)
  • 10:00 am: Start working on my most important task of the day

Bedtime focus:

  • 8:00 pm: Have dinner with my family (30 min)
  • 8:30 pm: Read or watch something inspirational (30 mins)
  • 9:00 pm: Write in my journal (accomplishments, improvements, self-reflection) (15 mins)
  • 9:15 pm: Turn off all electronic devices and grab a fiction novel to read (30 min)
  • 9:45 pm: Get comfortable in the bed and clear my mind (15 min)
  • 10:00 pm: Good night. (8 hours)
