Healthy Means Wealthy

My test results are:

Type 1: Upolder - 4 - Moderate tendency

Type 2: Questioner - 4 - Moderate tendency

Type 3: Rebel - 1 - No tendency

Type 4: Obliger - 7 - Extremely strong tendency

The reason I started this class is I have so many things I want to accomplish, mostly creative things, but find I am run down, anxious and tired a lot of the time and can't even start them. Even the simple task of reading is something I want to do more of but find it hard to concentrate sometimes.

I wanted to start with my health and go from there. I feel if I am exercising properly, eating well and meditating, then I will be in a much happier place and with more energy to do the things I want to do. Getting up early has always been something I find very hard but know it's a good place to start. I got up at 6:30am this morning for the first time in a long time and went for a walk up a steep hill.

A good habit I have kept for a while...this is hard...I would say walking. Though its mainly out of neccessity as I don't drive but 9 out of 10 times I choose walking an extra 20-30 mins over taking public transport. I would walk at least 30-40 mins a day just getting around and have done that for years. In fact there probably is never a day I don't leave the house and walk somewhere.
