Happy Happy Happy

My goals:

-Create and maintain a FUN workout routine at least 3 times a week.

-Design a diet plan that will provide me with more energy throughout the day.

-Develop a more positive self-image.

-Locate the path to a more happy and wholesome life.

How to:

-I am already a member of The Rush, and I work out several times a week if my schedule allows. I plan on tracking my progress on a calendar by the fridge of the amount of times I go during the week. I will also try all of the different classes at The Rush at least twice until I find a class that I can maintain at least once a week.

-I am already an avid juicer and I try for a meatless Monday every week, but I would like to cut down on the processed food I still mindlessly eat. I will accomplish this by attending cooking classes on wholesome eating (they have weekly ones at William-Sonoma). I will also find enjoyable vegetarian recipes to try each Monday.

-I will watch videos on TED about self-image and self-esteem, and build a collection of resources from counselors and others to learn techniques on how to deal with low self-worth and self-esteem.
