This dashboard is meant to track happiness overtime to help gain better habits and prioritize the correct things in life. I use this dashboard as an example in my course, The Art of Data.
Data is gathered through a process of daily alarms and the application Drafts - combined, these two tools allow me to quickly jot down what my happiness is at any given moment. I input this data into google sheets weekly, and track my progress monthly.
