MODULE 1

My business model is simple by choice - I will create online programs and products for my customers to purchase directly from my website.

My assets will be my website and domain, my email list, my course curriculum and the products I develop.

I will be hiring a virtual assistant for administration help and customer service, a business mentor to guide my growth as an entrepreneur, and website developer to maintain the website.

My customer is a creatively minded entrepreneur who currently works full time but has a side business that is already making money, and they want to take their business full time. They struggle with thoughts of 'I don't have the money for that' or 'I don't have the time for that', which is logistical reasoning for their deeper thought of 'I'm scared'.  Through our work together they will assess their business to ensure that it is viable to take it full time, and also identify and conquer limiting mindsets so they have the confidence to make the leap.

The hard part is being heard by my target clients - they are time-poor as it is, and the business coaching niche is extremely noisy.  My uniqueness is utilising my background as a virtual assistant as well as my training as a life coach, and combining them to create a focus on both logistics and mindset.  My signature program will run for 4 weeks and repeated every second calendar month, with recorded content and scheduled emails so my investment is mainly the time in the group calls.  My digital products will be designed once and available for unlimited download, with a yearly content review to make sure it stays relevant. 

MODULE 2

Currently I am a freelancer (virtual assistant).  I am in the process of both going crazy and lowering the quality of my work.  Clearly this isn't the best choice for me.

I choose to evolve into an entrepreneur with my new business model.  I plan to develop my own signature program, and run the beta testing.  Once I am happy with the process I will delegate every aspect that doesn't require my direct touch - email enquiries, basic support, technical setup, scheduling and marketing/promotions.

I will then promote myself to begin work on creating digital products, and again once I am happy with the content I will delegate the design, final creation, launch and delivery to my team.

I will write the blog posts, create videos and/or podcasts for my site and delegate the uploading and promotion.

The key to this success is to delegate more based on the success of my other products - so as I am able to hand off more, I go back to focusing on creating more income-producing offers and creating free content to increase my audience and reputation.

MODULE 3

Create a page or more that answers the following questions as completely as you can:

Do you need money for this business?

Does more money increase the chances you will reach positive cash flow? Profitability?

What are the assets the money will go to pay for?

How long before the money invested starts turning into money returned?

Do you hope to sell this company?

When?

For how much?

What is the gross margin of what you'll be selling?

How long will it take you to reach scale?

Given all this, and what you learned in the video, what sort of funding are you seeking? Why would this investor choose your offering over all the others available?
