I usually try to take on too much at once and burning out fast. I've recently started forcing myself to cook more so that's a start on the food, just need to stick to it. I think a slow build with exercise is where I need to start.
Walking a minimum of 30min a day.
Add in my Physique57 dvds 3x a week.
Add in 10min a day working towards pull-ups.
I need small things, to ease myself into a routine.
