Habit Design

1) I am an Obliger, very strong tendency there whereas the others had very weak tendency. I can definitely see that - I'm a people pleaser and an extreme extrovert who is often most motivated by what other people need help with.

2) I am interested in this class because I literally just finished The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg yesterday and then saw this class pop up. I'm very intrigued by the idea that small habit wins translate into much bigger momentum as they snowball. Also, I recently took a new job that means I'm much more autonomous and I'm in charge of a number of people but have very little supervision myself - which is dangerous for someone who's usually externally motivated and not well disciplined or organized.

3) I used to be an avid runner and have completed a marathon, which required a lot of discipline and a regular training schedule, both things I actually enjoyed adhering to. However, the new job means I don't have a 9-to-5 schedule and I'm finding it harder to set up systems in my own life.
