This is a detailed breakdown on the user's physical well being calculated from the various inputs such as name, age, height and weight. This allows the user to understand what exactly they need to focus on when preparing to either lose weight, build muscle or just relax to attain peace of mind.

Meditation:

A brief 5 minute Guided Meditation session to ease the body into excercise mode prior to moving on to the next step of stretching.

Stretching:

Multiple Stretching Positions provided along with 30 second timers that allow you to adequately hold the position.

Yoga Positions:
