We currently have 4,600+ users (mostly in the Bay Area) and hope to grow to 6,000 locally and 10,000 nationally.

Our mission

LAM’s mission is to create a strong and dynamic network of like-minded individuals through an online social network and event-driven platform to foster valuable relationships.

What is LAM?

LAM is the Bay Area’s #1 Latino professional network and social media online platform. LAM has become a community of highly educated, newly affluent and urban Latinos engaging and interacting in social, educational and political advocacy activities.

LAM also serves as a resource for local Hispanic associations, corporations, and businesses in establishing brand presence and developing their workforce pipeline.

Who we are?

We are Latinos born in Peru, Colombia, El Salvador, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, USA, and all the other Latin American countries. We are Indians, Europeans, Africans, Australians, Middle Eastern, and all others, who enjoy Latin American culture and topics.  We are:

  • multicultural organization with 75% of our members Latino.
  • Diverse group with 56% of our members being women and 44% men.
  • Trendsetters with the majority of our members being between 27-35 years old.
  • Intellectuals with 84% of our members being college graduates , 38% having master’s degrees and above.

Basically, we are educators, students, doctors, lawyers, CEOs, engineers, community activists who have a passion for life and ambition to make a difference.

To maintain the quality of our events and maintain two degrees of freedom between our members, our membership is closed to the public. Membership is free but you must be invited by a member to join.
