My main goal here is to work on my abs, that means I will do more ab workouts than any other while also losing weight in order for them to show. What will keep me even more motivated is the fact that I have bets with two people that I can get my abs before they do and I want the grand prize. By the end of June, I would also like to be able to do around 50 pushups and 15 pullups so that I know all this exercising was not in vain. My habbit change will of course be to stay dedicated to a routine, try not to miss any of my workout days and mainly to completely give up junk food.
