I have been forming new teams for 7 years both at my previous jobs and in my youth NGO - BYP . My first team got from 2 members to 85 in only one year. As time passed by, I started to gather learnings on how I could do this induction process more effectively and I am going to share with you some of the concepts I learnt so far.
