Good nigh, good morning!

Hello, I have been fighting for a long time with getting up and going to sleep early. I have the why and what, but not the how, so I hope these strategies help me to finally kick those habit’s ass.

My strongest habits have been keeping myself from smoking, and drinking, and instead meditate everyday.

My habit personality types are Questioner and Obliger.
