Good Things Come To Those Who Sweat

A few months ago, I delievered a similar speech at Toastmasters. It was 7 minutes long so I had to consolidate the mesage a bit to fit it all into 4 minutes. After several sketches and practice rounds, maybe even a few f-bombs in there, I got it where I felt good about it. It definitely still needs work, I'm getting there. 

Exercises has always be a big part of my life. Physically and mentally, it has provided me with the ability to do, see, and create more than I ever imaged possible. At 38 years of age, I feel better now than I ever have. It's not always easy to roll out of bed to exercise. It's takes work, it takes effort, it takes making exercise a priority, the same way we make of kids, pets, and career a priority.

Our bodies are amazing machines with the ability of providing use with absolute joy and happiness or sheer pain and misery. Which one will it provide you with? Well that's completely up to you to decide. Make exercise a priority, take care of your body and it will take care of you.
