I have hit my low point of 217 lbs & want or maybe a better word to use is need to loos it. I never fully lost the weight that I gained from when I was pregnant with my 4-yr-old daughter. I have tried but I don't think I've been really serious about it. This is something that I want to change. I want to drop down to 150 lbs and be strong. I want to be healthy & a good example for my daughter.
The change that I'm going to make right now is to return to jogging/walking and ultimately jogging 30 minutes every other day.
