I normally naturally wake up early but am guilty of just laying in the bed for a good 10-20 minutes long after the alarm has gone off. I realize this actually makes me feel sluggish throughout the day because I don't really end up waking up with a carpe diem sort of attitude but rather a more reluctant "oh well, here we go again" sort of approach to the day, which is something I'd like to start to change. So my goal is to slowly decrease the amount of time I spend getting up after the alarm rings and eventually, be able to do so within 3-5 seconds. Of course, not immediately. I'll have to slowly adjust it overtime but that's the end goal!
