Getting fitter!

I have always worked out and been reasonably fit. My goal ths year is to further reduce body fat and increase lean tissue.

in 2013 I will achieve this goal by :

Starting Olympic weightlifting. First stage of this is to attend a 2 day Olympic Weightlifting workshop in February.

Be able to perform a 12kg double long cycle with Kettlebells 

Do at least 3 HIIT workouts each week

Continue with my daily yoga practice to cultivate focus, peace and tranquillity 

Continue to improve eating habits by replacing empty calories with highly nutritious food and work on intermittent fasting
