Getting fit now and daily

I’ve spent the last year focused on being accepted in a Business School in USA. In December, I finally did it! But I’ve gained some weight in the process that I’m planning to eliminate in 2013. I want to eat healthier and achieve a better work-life balance before heading to the next 2 years of my life in USA.

My goals are to:
1. Lose 8 pounds by march 1st
2. Reduce my body fat percentage from 27% to 23-24% by June 1st
3. Run 10k in less than 1 hour
