Getting fit and staying fit.

- Make regular exercise a part of my life, not just to lose weight.

- Muscle tone! Especially my arms.

- Cure my sweet tooth, or at least limit myself to one small sweet a day. I want to THINK about my food choices, not just stuff things in my mouth.

- Take up cycling or swimming. Or both.

- Lose at least 20 kgs.
