Getting Fit in the New Year!

Goals: My goal is to get into a program that I can enjoy, and therefore stick to. I've done this before but kind of fell out of it after getting sick. This year I want to learn to eat better, cook healthier food, and enjoy going to the gym! 

My first goal is to go to the gym for at least an hour at a time, at least 3 days a week.
