I will be fit and healthy for the rest of my life.

Over the past year and a half, I've gained 40 pounds. So far, I have lost about 7 pounds. I have 2 weeks of Insanity left, and I've seen huge improvements in my fitness level since starting this workout. I enjoy working out for the most part, but sometimes it just isn't convenient. I want to have enough discipline to not ever miss a workout unless I have a very very good reason.

I also have A LOT of trouble sticking to a diet. I have absolutely no self-control when it comes to food. I like to eat, and I like to eat the bad stuff. Sweets and carbs are wonderful. However, this is my number one biggest downfall when it comes to weight loss. I need to teach myself to believe that diet is the absolute most important aspect of losing weight and getting fit. I can work out all I want, but my extra weight won't be going anywhere until I can stick to a diet. I can't make excuses.

1. I want to lose 10 pounds by February 28, 2013.

2. I want to stick to a real clean eating diet for just one month, just to prove to myself that I can.

3. I want to do some type of activity for at least 30 minutes 5-6/7 days every week.

This is where I'll start. I think these goals are practical and completely obtainable. I'll write down my progress everyday. My long-term goal is to fit into my old clothes and to enjoy all physical activities because I can focus on having fun instead of trying to breathe. I can and I will accomplish these things. I want these things very badly, and they are completely within my control. I determine what my body looks like!
