Get the old me back

Ever since high school I've almost completely stopped working out, I've stopped climbing, running and lifting. I tried to get back into by joining the rugby club at my college but ended up leaving with so many over use injuries and a torn ligament that It pushed me even farther back in my fitness plans. I started getting in shape again last summer, from later July until October I lost 30 pounds but I've platued hard ever since I had surgery last October. 

My goals are to be able to

  • Run a 5k by the end of March
  • Be able to bench 60-70 pounds by summer (If not then at least the bar :P)
  • Be able to hike 40+ miles a week by mid summer
  • Climb 5.10's by May
