My goal is to get redefine my body comp. I want to get my abs clearly visable by June. I'm currently 144-ish and feel like I need to get into the 135 range to make this happen. My goal is to do this in a healthy manner, without losing much if any strenght. I believe proper nutrition is the way to this goal as a good friend once said, abs are made in the kitchen.
Get down to 135lbs
Change eating habbits to promote healthy lifestyles.
Keep enough energy to continue staying active.
