Get out of bed. Do stuff!

I've never been great about getting up at a reasonable time. I sleep until the very last minute--beyond the last minute, really, which makes me late for everything. All day. All the time. For me to show up to something less than 15 minutes late is a miracle. I don't want to be "that guy." To me, showing up late looks like I don't respect the person I am meeting with, that I don't value their time. Which is totally not the case. I really just don't want to get out of bed.

Type 1: Upholder 5

Type 2: Questioner 7

Type 3: Rebel 5

Type 4: Obliger 7

Best habit I've ever had? I've never really been a person to have habits. In college I used to wake up around 8 a.m. on Sunday, go buy the NYT and go have breakfast at the same place every day. But that lasted only a year or so. I had the habit of going to spin class every other day for a few months. I don't have a great track record for creating enduring habits!
