Hey there- - so im a bit older than prob most in this class but thats not a bad thing. Ive tried many approaches and now seeking to maintain a reachable goal- i walk often but would like to start walking through park 2 times a week and yoga 2 xs a week. Lose 1 - 2 lbs a week - prob 1 more likely- goal is to go down 2 sizes where i was - a few years ago and total weight loss of 30 lbs  by summer? Can i do this?   I have a very aesthetic biz and its important for me to also representbthat biz!
