Get into Fightin' Shape!

I used to feel so fit and in shape when I was in high school. I felt like I could take on anyone, even though I'm a lover not a fighter. I really miss that feeling of strength and physical capability and I want to get it back. 

My goal is to build muscle, loose fat, and get back to feeling like I can physically STRONG again. Its not so much about looking thin or loosing weight as it is getting back that feeling of being able to take on any physiacl challenge. I like knowing that if I have to run, jump, climb, etc that I can without any trouble or struggle.
