Over the last year or so my life has been really busy and my physical routine just slipped little by little bit. Although the weight that I need to lose is not a lot, I want to focus on losing that weight, getting a healthier body and becoming more active.
I love biking, canoeing and other outdoorsy stuff, however I can't really do that since it is the winter time here. My goal would be to lose the extra weight and be on a good track by the end of March.
