Get fit and get energised!

Overall aim:


Get fit! Hopefully in turn I will also improve my flexibility, general energy levels and feel more energetic everyday :) I'd also love to loose a couple of kilo's. 

Small tasks:

  • Weigh in every morning to track weight (hopefully loss)
  • Log calorie intake every day
  • Run 3 times a week for at least 30 mins

  • Do weight/strength training at least 2 times a week

  • Do yoga/pilates at least 2 times a week
