I want to go from my current regular 172 lbs, 6'1" frame to a 176 lbs muscular frame. So basically, get bigger.
I've been struggling with being skinny my whole life, until I started picking up weight around age 25, going up to 198 lbs. I managed to lose 26 pounds through a combination of weight training and aerobic exercise, but now I want to put on some lean muscle. Bring it!
