Get back into shape

1. continue chiropractic, massage and physical therapy

2. add 30 minutes of treadmill or outdoor walking every day in addition to exercises given to me from physical therapist

3. once PT is over and I've been cleared, begin training for 5k and run said 5k

4. train and run for 10k
