Get back in the game! Aim model high.

My aim, get a model ready body.  I've played with the idea for awhile, but I want to actually go for it. I'm a little over 5'8 so that's more commerical, but I'm not really putting my effort all on my attempt at starting a modelling career, I just want to be able to say I tried.  I've done some volunteer runway gigs but I think I might have potential to go further... So I'm going to need to get in shape.!

I used to be really active, I did sports(lacrosse, and field hockey) but team sports really aren't my thing...

I danced, did ballet, modern, west african, tap, russian character, spanish and so on.  for 10 years. After quitting I feel like I was pushing part of my identity aside. So, I'm going to start dancing again!

Probably hip hop or Jazz if I have time for classes but if I don't, I'll just do at-home zumba and ballet stretches.

In addition to this, I will be starting weight lifting of some sort.

  • Take multivitamins everyday
  • One protien shake a day (50mg)
  • Weight lifting regieme  Tues W Sat.
  • Dance class M. Thurs.
  • At-Home dance  W + Sunday
