Having acquired the Sarting Strength book and app, the goal is to:
1. Complete reading the book by 31 Jan.
2. Work on form for Barbell Squat with the bar only.
3. Increase deadlift 1RM to 50lbs by 31 Jan.
4. Learn the press.
