Get Real Jacksonville social media strategy

Get Real Jacksonville is a real estate blog and online resource I launched in October.

When I started real estate in September, I noticed that there were plenty of standard search engines to go around, but no one was telling the story of what it's like to live in the different communities found in Jacksonville, Fla. As the largest city in the U.S. (in terms of land mass) there's plenty of ground to cover when trying to explain what each part of town can offer a potential buyer.

I want the blog to help give anyone moving to Jacksonville - or even people that have lived there for years - insight into the best parts about living in the city while also educating them on the local market so they can make informed decisions when it comes to purchasing or selling.

Through this class, I want to learn how to better connect with clients and potential clients, while also giving a voice to local communities. My main goals are to learn:

  • how to maintain a consistent voice and identity through several media channels
  • how to give the most value to clients through interactions
  • how to use all these social media channels cohesively to share my brand's mission
